The event due to the establishment of the foundation during the first Jahrzeit of Efrat Shay z"l, together with Dr. Eli J.Schussheim z''l and the public.

Efrat Shay was born on 17 Tisjrei 5767 and was run over to death by a truck when cycling on the bike path to her school in Amsterdam on Friday, Parshat Vayigash, 03 Tewet 5774 (06 December 2013).

Efrat was 7 years old and buried in the mount of olives in Jerusalem, twbb'a .
